Why? Are you still on O2 mail? If so this is obsolete now....There is no recovery of O2 mails now

If just changing it then go ahead and set up a new one. I use two email addresses. Gmail is pretty good https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-create-a-gmail-account-1171924

Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to "Manage my details"
