I've run out of data so I upgraded to 50GB which starts on the 26th of May. I need to add a bolt on in the meantime but the app nor the webpage allow me to select this. It just comes up with a message saying I've upgraded my Tarif without giving me the bolt on options.

You can't add a bolt on with a tariff change in progress. Call customer service and they should be able to add it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

thanks- that's annoying. They don't appear to have any phonelines open- they're saying emergencies only... Do you know if there's a working number or online chat that is currently accessible?
