Hi,@ CathyH,
You may find that your tariff could be cheaper than what it is now. You can pop into your local o2 store and see if this is the case, or check this out via your myo2? You can also upgrade via either of these methods.

Hi @O2Sophie
Understand your message but what do you do if you don't want to change your tariff stay as you are with nothing extra...do you do nothing?do you need to tick a box somewhere?
Look forward to your reply Sophie😍
THANKS TallTrees

If @CathyH is happy with the phone and tariff then nothing needs to be done.
The airtime part of the contract just continues month upon month until either upgrading or cancelling the contract

You just carry on as you are. All o2 is doing is reminding the customer of their options.
