I keep getting texts telling me that I am out of minumum contract and when I come on line it tells me that everything is normal. So what do I do.?

Its your choice, the texts are part of Ofcoms requirements for networks to notify you when you're out of contract so that you can review your options and ensure your not paying more than you should
