Hi all,
Currently I have my daughters contract phone in my name and the bill coming out of my account..This was initially because she was too young to get a contract. She now just sends me her phone bill money and it just comes out of my bank.
I would now like to switch the bill so it comes from her own account. Changing direct debit details won't work as it remains with my name. Is there an easy way to change this or will I have to call customer service?

Your daughter needs to apply for her own contract and pass the credit checks.
You can then give permission to migrate her number to the new contract.
