when you log in and press check bill, there is no bill available for checking and where can I check when my contract ends?

you are probably using an account created by yourself, you can only view bills on accounts when you have the user name allocated to you by o2.If you dont have this then you can choose the option of 'forgotten both' on the sign in page and this will security check and issue you with the correct login details. If this is unsuccessful then call 202 and it can be resolved over the phone with an adviser

Ring them on 202 and get them to check why you can't see it online.
