Go to My O2 and see if you are eligible to upgrade, If you are you will see this
Make sure you follow that route. You will be taken to all the sim only options in the shop. Choose one and that's it. You sim only will ensure you keep your number as details are change on the server. Also choosing UPGRADE, means you wont have 2 contracts running.
