Okay, here's the deal, my brother's phone bill is on me, so I pay for it. Recently I discovered the 'things you bought' charge (last month) of £2 a day. I contacted customer service wether they can stop it, cancel it, block it, whatever. They said simple 'no'. Obviously, he subscribed to service he shouldn't have. He says he hasnt given his number on any websites, whatsoever. Basically, there's no way I could cancel it. That really surprises me to be honest (would changing a phone number help? Why can't o2 just block it, they're responsible for charges and such), but whatever.
At the moment it'd be cheaper for me to cancel my contract and pay all the fees. My only concern is the '30 day rolling contract'. Is there any way I could just stop the contract the same day and pay all the fees? I don't want to pay those £2 a day, I can't really o afford that.

Have you checked in MyO2 to see what the charges are for?
If it's a 30 day contract you can cancel at 30 days notice.

Your brother has probably clicked on a link which has subscribed him to this service...
Re cancelling your contract....you can only do this if you pay any outstanding amounts left on the contract
A guide here

It's for the 'adult content stuff' (hilarious, i know) that I definitely did not approve of.
its an outside on panto idol it, but it only gives the name of it, and go ogling it didn't help. There are no phone numbers or whatever that I could call.
My contract ends in September, but I don't mind cancelling it early, because it'll be cheaper than paying additional over £60.

Hi Cloriff,
possibly. I'm just worried it'll keep taking the money for another month after I cancel and I'd like that to stop. Can I cancel contract by going to a shop? I'd rather talk with someone in person.

You can only cancel it 30 days prior to the end of the minimum term, otherwise you would have to pay until September.
Cancelling without payment would be a bad move as they will come after you for the balance and place it in the hands of debt collectors.

If you want to cancel then you need to look at the outstanding amount via my O2
