Hi, Amydo, if you are wanting to upgrade to another device, you can do his via myo2. Select ( from your myo2 account) the upgrade option, choose your device and tariff, and at checkout, you will have the overall amount to pay ( which will be any device upfront cost and what's left of your old contract.) You may be able to recycle your existing device at the same time. If you\re just wanting to go to a sim only, you can also d this vis the upgrade option in my o2.
