HI 8 days ago i bought a pay monthly 12 month contract sim only for my mobile 4g wifi and no i want to cancel it. Its within the 14 days but I cannot get through on the phone as there is limited staff and i cant find it on the app or online to be able to cancel it . Please help - i have facebook messaged and sent message on twitter but no replys

Yes i have found that but if you read it you have to contact them and currently with the virus there is limited staff and only dealing with emergency calls for lost phones - and you cant get through anyway
