Can I cancel an agreement via the website?

 

It is a Device Plan which is fully paid.

 

I have been on the phone waiting for 20 minutes and it is boring and frustrating!!!

The device plan is automatically canceled on full payment do you want to also cancel the airtime agreement ?

Once you've paid your device plan you can cancel the airtime via live chat.
