why has my direct debit not been taken yet you are saying on a message you are going to cut my services off, I have tried ringing 7 times today about this but been cut off after 45 mins every time.

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts.

Suggest you contact Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If your DD has failed for some reason you'll need to pay manually asap.
