Resolved! Canceling my contract

Who do I ring to cancel my contract, as I am still being charged when my contract ran out last year and I hadn't used it in that time

Hii wish to change my tariff which comes to an end on 29 November. When I go to upgrade it suggests the new tariff starts immediately- how can I arrange it so that the tariff begins once my original tariff ends so I am not double charged?
