I had a payment plan in place ready to begin on 03/11/2021 and yet I’ve had £275 taken out of my bank this morning and I just want to know if there is anyway I can have that transferred back as it has now put my bank into minus.

How to make airtime bill and phone bill come out on the same day?

My contract has just started and I’m not sure when the payments will come out of my account but I’ve been told it’s two separate bills so will they come out on different days? Is there a way to make them both come out on the same day?
