Resolved! No 3G/4G for over a week

Hi i have had no 3G/4G for over 7 days now but im paying for the service - the website has said a mast is down but has been for over a week?? My partner has EE and that has been working all ok - My postcode is CT10 1DF

Resolved! Why is my new sim not working

I did the swap sim over the phone 4-5 hours ago and it still doesn't work. I appreciate it says up to 24 hours but my husband also has a new phone and did the same thing about an hour ago and his new phone is working. Can you explain this?
