data usage texts

o2 web site saying my data is near limit.when i phone 202 my data usage is correct (about 700mb out of 20gb) im on family package hench MY lack of data usage. in case you wondered why so little used.

Unblocking a sim

I blocked an o2 pay monthly sim. How do I go about unblocking it I’ve rang 202 but they can’t understand my security answer and then cut off. I’ve used live chat with no joy any ideas please.
