How long does it take for O2 to process a return? I mistakenly ordered the wrong phone and when the courier arrived he took the device straight back so I didn’t even touch the parcel. The parcel has been sitting at DPD’s depo for 3 days.

Upgraded phone and can't make or receive calls

I've just upgraded to an iPhone11 and now can't make or receive calls. The outgoing calls all show 'failed' and the incoming calls all get a voicemail recording. What do I need to do to rectify this?
