Hi.

I have upgraded my tablet to the new samsung s21 ultra which came today. 

The sim i have used for my phone says sim not provisioned . i cant do a sim swap as it says on some of the threads as i dont have the tablet anymore. cant get through to 02 at all any ideas or help would be appreciated

Where is the old tablet sim?

You can use that to receive the code, or, 

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

When you got the new s21 today did you receive a sim with that? If so you can use this and the sim serial number to get a sim swap.

 

You can call 0800 902 0217 to try and get through and more often than not if you select lost or stolen as an option you are put through to an advisor much quicker.
