Resolved! Paying off phone

Hi there, I would like to pay my remaining balance off so I can leave and buy a new phone. The options online will only allow me to reduce monthly payments/reduce monthly term. I would like to pay in full. Please advise. ThanksBen

Resolved! Cancelled virgin contract

I am moving house and virgin cannot transfer or provide contracted services. Can I there fore cancel my expensive sim only with O2, taken out with the virgin contract?
