Resolved! Check Direct Debit Billing Date

I recently changed tariff and called the support team to change the billing date for the direct debit to be the 1st of each month. I cannot see if this has or has not happened.

Bill is higher than contracted

I signed up to a £7.99 contract, starting 30 Aug, but O2 have charged me £8.50 for my first bill.I haven't used the SIM card, and have additional spend set at £0.It can't be VAT, as that would be more than 51p.Any ideas what the extra charge is pleas...

Hi,on a 24month SIMO contact, now in last 11 months. Can I upgrade /change to 12 month SIMO contact with no penalty? Tried via us USwitch link, and still wants cancellation fee? Is it best to chat online or talk directly to CS?Thanks

I can’t make any call or text messages

I can’t make or receive phone calls or text messages I cannot get hold of O2 because they Keep trying to send me a code via text which I can’t access customer text is not working. Please will you help me solve this problem as I need my phone for work
