Direct debit

Hi, the assistant in the shot set up a direct debit for me but it didn’t come out of my account and I had to make the payment manually. And on the app it says that I have a direct debit set up. Please could you advise? Thanks.

Upgrading & o2 recycle

I am about to upgrade to the new iPhone 16. As part of the upgrade I am recycling my iPhone 15. As it’s a 4 week wait for my iPhone 16 can I hold onto my old phone until my new one arrives other wise I will be without a phone for 4 weeks?
