Login and password doesn't work on app

vast monthly bill increase

I got info regarding my bill increase. This happens each year so i expected it. However, it was certainly not over a £. This months bill was £1.10 of an increase there are no extras so this alegidly my new monthly rate. Trying to phone i keep getting...

I am on a sim only Pay Monthly package and noticed my monthly bill amount has increased, and i havent recieved any communications from o2 stating they will increase my tarriff. Note I have used any extras, etc. Thanks Vicki
