Online store error

Trying to buy a phone upgrade on the O2 store, everytime I check out I get a "there's been a problem with our system" message. Tried multiple times across today but still get the same message. Not exactly impressed TBH

Hi I have just bought a new pay monthly sim for an existing phone I have. The number that O2 have given is not to my liking. Can I have it changed? If so, could I have it changed to the number of a mobile I had some time ago and let lapse? Thank you

Resolved! No 3G/4G for over a week

Hi i have had no 3G/4G for over 7 days now but im paying for the service - the website has said a mast is down but has been for over a week?? My partner has EE and that has been working all ok - My postcode is CT10 1DF

Is there a way of stopping Visual Voicemail like there is on EE? I don’t like it and would rather dial into 901 to listen to messages which is much clearer.Also how come you can no longer choose how voicemail notifies you of new messages. There used ...

My username seems to be my husbands email address,I may have put this as the recovery email address. I have followed steps to change it to my email address but it says that is already registered so what do I do?
