I have been sanctioned for a month, so I have had no money to pay for anything, and all o want to do was talk to an adviser about paying my bill next month and trying to find anything on 02 online is hard . Can anybody advise me.

Hi does anyone know to to change voicemail back to default greetings?

Text not delivered and phoning not ringing says I have missed call

We have both have s21 plus phones on 02 sending texts and they say they haven't been delivered then get a text saying you have a missed call but phone hasn't rang what is going on it shouldn't happen with a brand new phone
