accessing voicemail

got a new samsung phone for xmas, swopped sim from old i4 but can't seem to access voicemail - hold down 1 on phone keyboard but goes to leave a message but no access to existing messages left any ideas?

Also still getting txts to my old phone but doesn't have a SIM really odd

Your iPhone will still be receiving iMessages if it's still logged into your iCloud account.

thank you for your help the quick access holding 1 doesn't work but 901 does so happy days

You can go into your call settings and assign 901 to the 1 key on your phone.
