I have been charged £4.17 for a phone call to a UK number however my plan has unlimited minutes. How do I go about refuting the charge? Thank you

0845 and 0870 numbers are not part of your allowance

I was calling from London and the number was a mobile number - starts with 075.

I have emailed the complaint line.
