Hi, Can someone help me please. I've just looked at my new bill and have noticed I am being charged for 2 syncs for the same number I use for my apple watch. I'm being charged sync-1 £4.98 and sync-2 £8.34 when I only have the one watch which is linked to my mobile number in order to use the watch features.

@jane0o0

You'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I would but they seem to be only taking urgent queries so I don't know what to do.

@jane0o0 Keep trying to call. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. 0800 587 4005 seems to be the best number to try. You'd think that one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world would be able to treat their customers better during a crisis like this, but they have been woefully inadequate.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
