Would texts to 85006 cost me from a pay monthly SIM

My ISP, Virginmedia Business has texted me from 85006 and I would like to reply. My phone is warning me that it may cost. Can anyone tell me for definite if it will cost or if it won't? I have a Pay Monthly SIM with a 12GB/m contract.

I know some BBC numbers come up with that warning, but cost is about 12p. Others are definitely free, but the phone still issues the warning.
