Wifi calling

hi i need help i have new s20 plus and im having problems with wifi calling i cant see on my settings look like firmware problems but o2 experts dont know how to solve the problem

It's either not enabled on your account (despite what they are telling you) or you just need to wait a few days for it to become active.

Reboot phone a couple of times a day and check if you get your settings appear on phone.

Yah i did but the wifi calling it self option is not on the settings

I'm trying to explain that you won't have the settings until it is active on your account.

Once it is, a reboot will enable the settings on the phone.
