hi i need help i have new s20 plus and im having problems with wifi calling i cant see on my settings look like firmware problems but o2 experts dont know how to solve the problem

If that doesn't help then O2 need to activate it on your account. All numbers to call are in this guide

Hi cleoriff everything is on 4g and wifi calling is activated and reset 1 by o2 agent 4g is working signal wonderful but only the wifi calling is not on my settings is the problem

Currently it is taking a few days for all of O2's systems to catch up with each other.

Requests for wifi calling are taking 3 or 4 days to complete.

If customer services have definitely turned it on account side, you'll need to wait a few days and reboot your phone to get the settings visible on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
