Was expecting a call today - never came through. Wifi calling icon was up, but then tried to check voicemail and it didn't connect the call, so I restarted the phone.
Now the icon is gone - and the option to enable WiFi calling has disappeared from all menus. I've been using it fine for several months, so this is...weird.
Anyone have any ideas?
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling My O2 based on a similar Samsung thread, but no joy. Now trying disabling and reenabling WiFi calling in my o2, but that will take up to 24/48 hours I guess.
Thanks in advance!

Sorry (but also somewhat glad) to hear I'm not the only one afflicted - hopefully that means a fix will be coming very soon!
Didn't manage to call support myself yet - short of sticking my head out the window, I can't get a signal in my flat at all; think they might have built a faraday cage into the whole block. Will log a ticket tomorrow though.

Weirdly, when searching settings it thinks it can find VoLTE in mobile network settings - but going there doesn't show it. Searching for wifi calling (or variations thereof) turns up nothing at all.

@Martin-O2Have we any info on this? An explanation from O2 would be helpful?

Not doing it again, so next change will be to a new provider if this isn't fixed quickly.

@liggerz87- no 4G calling option either for me.

That's expected if not available at the network end, the device syncs available options based on if the option is allowed at a network level on power up or during a network sync.

Thanks for the update.
Not sure why this thread is marked as solved though...it isn't, and pretty sure I didn't misclick to say it was?
Edit: never mind, found option to unmark it in desktop view.
