Why did o2 take 820 out my bank when I already paid my bill I need the money back

This isnt Customer Services, so we have no idea.. but thats usually a payment amount when you dont pay your bills. 

You need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
