Can someone PLEASE help me as I am finding it very very hard to get through to anyone at O2. They have charged me £90 to my bill claiming that I bought O2 travel for 27 days in a row? Which I haven’t!? And I specifically put a charge cap on my bill because I cannot afford this amount. How do I get this unnecessary charge removed from my bill? Thanks for your help in advance
