This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it

And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.

Y'know, @jonsie - whilst the advice above was true of a time, the whole 360 thing has poked huge holes in that Guide: How-to guide for My O2 - perhaps the time for it to be struck from the list of guides is nigh, and replaced once MyO2 is stable enough to make it possible to get decent screengrabs... Pretty sure the videos are all blown to pieces now too. Even the footer in the app is different now 🤔
