Texts sending twice

Hi, I have recently gone onto a sim only deal. When I send a text, the recipient receives it twice. It seems to take a while to send, then sends two in one go! Help please!

How do I see my final bill?

I got a text saying final bill was produced, the amount looks wrong. How on earth can I see it? MyO2 app says not a customer, login to myo2 on a web page and it shows nothing. This is pretty rubbish.
