Try getting it resent or call 4445 and speak to CS.
Make sure you have a good signal and sometimes rebooting the phone can help.

   If you are having problems claiming you reward via website, and you are not getting the txt, there are other ways to claim

• Texting ‘Claim’ or ‘Save’ to 50202
• Call 313 free from your O2 mobile

If you still have problems after trying this, you can , like mentioned before, call customer services (4445) Hope this helps
