Where is my rewards code 02 are supposed to be texting me?

Hi there @Anonymous

 

   If you are having problems claiming you reward via website, and you are not getting the txt, there are other ways to claim

 

  • Texting ‘Claim’ or ‘Save’ to 50202
  • Call 313 free from your O2 mobile

If you still have problems after trying this, you can , like mentioned before, call customer services (4445) Hope this helps slight_smile

Try getting it resent or call 4445 and speak to CS.
Make sure you have a good signal and sometimes rebooting the phone can help.
