I ordered and paid for a new Sim card last week as I have changed to SIM only. It still hasn't arrived

Any ideas?

You need to contact customer service to chase it up http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Yes, it arrived today. In the interim however, I spoke to a customer service adviser who moved me to a sim only plan with my existing sim card.

What do I now do with the sim that arrived today. I do not wanting be paying for 2 sim cards?

Check you only have one contract showing in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but you should have just transferred in the first place rather than ordering a new contract.
If you have 2, you need to return and cancel the new one under the 14 day change of mind policy.

If you were contract before it was just a simple change of tariff without a new sim. The new sim will probably be a new contract but hopefully it will be a blank sim. Either check in My O2 or give customer service a call.
