Usually within 24 / 48 hours, however depending on how late the bill was.

You can try Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and see if they can remove it quicker..

Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We normally say 24-48 hours, but not sure if that is the same when roaming.

Keep turning your phone off and on again @weeross and if it is not working by Monday morning you will need to call customer services.

Some alternative numbers, how to call using Skype and hints on getting through are in this guide.

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
