When does BoltOn starts?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

i've got an O2 Pay & Go Go Go 500 Texts + 75 Mins + 100MB web and next to that a The Allrounder Web Bolt On. I received a SMS now stating that i've got 25MB left and after this i'll pay GBP1 a day for mobile web. However when i check my balance, the Allrounder Web Bolt On isn't used yet.

Will the Bolt On automatically be used when i run out of my Pay & Go Go Go package?

Thanks for the replies!

I actually just got off the chat with an O2 guy..
He confirmed that the Bolt On will be used when the primary package is used. So i'm a happy person again slight_smile
Thanks for looking into things.. I read that terms and conditions thing also before enabling but got confused by the SMS.

Yes, I've finally found the page that confirms you can, however, it's not specific about how the bolt on will be used. Terms are here http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/pay-and-go-go-go-terms-and-conditions but it might be worth you calling 4445 to check when it kicks in or wait for one of the CS reps who come on here to answer you....
