I upgraded last thursday using switch up & the order still says processing and I have not received a dispatch email, despite the expected delivery date being tomorrow(22nd). However, on the actual order it says they have already sent the item, but alas, still no email. What should I expect?

I ordered my 9 pro xl on the 4th and they keep telling me about this ******ty warehouse migration that really isn’t my problem, I ordered a product in the time frame that gives you free next working day delivery and still nothing and nobody can tell me as to when I should be expecting this, it’s beyond a joke, if I get the phone, I’m going to hand it in to the store and cancel the contract and go elsewhere

I ordered on the 22nd Google pixel 9 pro XL and it's still on processing and delivery was up to 4 weeks and hasn't changed until today, had a message of O2 saying they sorry it's taking longer than expected and delivery will be up to 2 weeks and on my O2 app order it has changed to 2 weeks aswell so still not got the device but I hope tht because they have changed it means they are expecting to deliver by thn.

I’m thinking of going to EE tomorrow as they have stock, get the phone there as all their phones are unlocked, cancel the contract with o2 as I am on switch up, so once the phone arrives hand it back and get the contract cancelled

Cancelled mine last night. Reordered, it was delivered 10am this morning. So around 18 hour turnaround. Sat on it typing this now. 512gb obsidian pro fold.
