Hi, I'm hoping someone can enlighten me! Once we were all on totally paid-for devices, we upgraded the entire family to a SIM only arrangement as a cost-cutting venture. I was under the impression that this would automatically swap over to the new tarif, but now that five new SIM cards have arrived in the post I'm wondering if I need to swap them all out? We don't wish to change our numbers or anything, but if I don't swap the SIMs will I be on the right tarif?

You shouldn't need to do anything. Check your account in MY02. If you've only recently done this it may not show up yet, as the system may not have updated. You can always call customer services on 202 from your phone to check. It's a free call.

You may need to contact customer services to make sure you haven't been put on a 30 day rolling contract. Other than that nothing changes. You will get a new sim at the start of your new contract... but you dont have to swap them if you want everything to stay the same. (My sim only contract ended earlier this month...I actually phoned CS to lower my data tariff...they sent me a new sim but I didn't need to use it.)
