Deposit refund without calling?

Anonymous
Not applicable
When i took out my phone contract I had to pay a £150 deposit. It has now been 3 months where i've paid everything on time, i can see the deposit has refunded onto my account however i need it in the bank! How would i go about doing this? I know some people have said to call them but just tried that and there's over a 30 minute wait! Are there any other options? Thanks in advance slight_smile

No, you need to call.
Do it between 8 - 8.30 am when there's no waiting time usually.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Take a comfort break wink
I guess you could try live chat but there's no guarantee it would be done properly - not something I would risk personally.

Trying to call at this time on a Friday is probably the worst time of the week. You can also call in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
