Please could someone tell me what time is payment taken from direct debit on billing day? slight_smile

@Mona9753Also if its the weekend it could be the next working day if you look at the link I posted..

".We only take payments on a working day. If your payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we'll try to take the payment the next working day. You can check your billing date by signing in to My O2.

Your bill is generated and payment taken 14 days after. Usually between 12mn- 9am on that day....

It is controlled by your bank though in terms of the actual time it leaves your account. that is nothing to do with O2 so you should check with your bank for their exact times.
