I need about 150 minutes a month, 100 texts and up to 250 Mb of data.

 

I want either a Galaxy S3 Mini or an Iphone 4S, which could I get on a cheap tariff?

Ah. Only saw that White and Grey were out of stock. Never went further. S3 mini refurb in Blue is in stock as well.
