Just thought I would praise the staff at my local O2 store Matthew and Chris we went to upgrade my wife's iPhone from 5 c to the 6 and they sorted it super quick I had to pay 100 quid off my refresh contract but they recycled it for 100 quid so we ended up with new mobile and no up front charges well done lads a very pleasant visit
