Hi Guys,
Hope you are all well and safe!
My friend decided to cancel the contract 2SIMs+2Devices called the customer service and they sent him a DPD courier which colected the package but didn't provide a receipt back.
Now my friend is very worried how to understand what is going on with his return because all the shops are closed and he is having no proof of collection.. on top of that the first payment has been taken... also he is with some disabilities .... sooo it is a complete mess.
Please anyone advise/help.

If your friend cancelled within the 14 day change of mind policy, they will hear when the devices are scanned back into the warehouse.
