Solved: Web Top-Up not working

Can't access Web Top-Up.

Link just gives me the spinning circle and a timeout.

Accessing via O2 3G dongle.

Obviously NOT 24/7 as claimed.

Are all other sites loading OK via your dongle?
If so, it could be down to some site maintenance but sometimes clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can help also.

Hi @jacko

I don't use the dongle web top up so cannot personally check this for you.

I'd suggest trying again in a while and if it's still not up and running then contact Customer Service from the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the forum page.
