I already have a few phones with 02 - Wanted to get another contract and placed an order, this time I received a message saying it's under review and can take up to 48 hours to confirm whether it's gone through or not.
Upfront payment has been taken, and I have received an email saying: Thanks for your Order - it's now full steam ahead for us. Keep an eye on your inbox for our updates on your progress and delivery..
Does this mean it's been accepted?

Exact same thing has happened to me
singed all the legal docs online had all the legal emails and had the full steam ahead email
nothing since
m I ordered the iPhone 14 my presumption is it’s out of stock even though it was marked in stock

@Ranger3306 O2's website is not real time.
The iPhone 14 is in short supply so any O2 get may be small in number.
