Hello,
I am unable to pay my monthly bills with O2. I spoke to someone in Live Chat, who directed me towards phoning O2 to arrange a new payment plan. I have tried countless times to get through on the phone number, but it seems they are not answering. I have now recieved a "default notice" in the post. Im at a loss what else I can do. They cannot sort this out via Live Chat and I cannot get an answer via the phone number.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through.
Edit: Also this option copied from an O2 Guru's post:
If you call 202 when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 secends and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything else which will put you though to someone.

More numbers to ring in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support, @Bumble. Ring early, around 8am weekdays, and keep trying the options until you get onto the Music queue, then sit back and wait for a CS Agent to pick up your call.
You can also go to an O2 shop now, if you are near one, for help.
