Want to keep my O2 number

I recently retired.  At work I was on their O2 business plan.  I've just started my own monthly contract and have a new SIM.  I want to change to the phone number I had at work.  I have filled in the simple on-line form and it says "we are unable to identify your request as the details provided doesn't meet our criteria"  Any tips?  Thanks!

@Dbbaggies

Ask your company to obtain approval from O2 business customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
