Waiting For Credit Risk Team For 1 + Week

Hi, I am wanting to move my existing Three number to o2. So I applied for a SIM only contract last week on the 11th. However after getting a reply saying it is currently with the Credit Risk Team and that they would be in touch within 24 hours. I haven’t heard anything from them.
