I'm receiving this too also by SMS. I have no idea what it relates to and cannot find anything in MyO2 or my emails to indicate what it is

These messages are usually system generated when O2 makes an account change.
They are nonsense and meaningless.
You can check with O2 on the socials or give them a call.
