 You've always got the option to switch off your Volt benefits. To do that, call us on 202 (free from your O2 mobile) or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone. Thanks.

Then surely it's up to @Chris_K  to answer?

@jonsie I'm simply repeating what I was told to do by Martin ie, refer to main thread and ask for the new one to be locked. It was to avoid numerous Volt threads springing up all over the forum. 

I'm doing as requested.
